To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that scheduling and paying for an appointment with us is for the purpose of exploring general wellness and health information. Scheduling an appointment does not establish a doctor-patient relationship until the patient has signed up for our subscription service.
